mGold Bonanza - Terms & Conditions

By participating in the “mGold Bonanza” contest, the participant hereby agrees to be bound by the terms & conditions herein:-

  1. This contest is open to all residents in Malaysia aged 21 years and above except the employees of Magnum Corporation Sdn Bhd, Magnum 4D Berhad Group of Companies and Magnum 4D agencies.
  2. This contest is open to purchase of mGold bets.
  3. In order to participate in this contest, participants are required to purchase any amount (minimum of RM 2) of mGold ticket during the contest period from 15 May 2017 to 16 July 2017.
  4. Participants need to fill in name, IC number, phone number and the answer of a simple question as shown in below on the contest form and submit together with the mGold ticket as proof of purchase. The contest form can be obtained at any Magnum outlet.
    Question: Can I purchase RM3 for mGold?
    Answer: Yes or No
  5. After filling the required details, participants can submit the contest form and tickets to the nearest Magnum 4D outlet. ANY ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
  6. Each ticket is allowed a single entry by returning non-winning mGold tickets with required details on the contest form.
  7. Multiple entries are acceptable during the contest period.
  8. Closing of campaign will be the last draw of the 2 months period on 16th July 2017. Last day for tickets submission will be on 19th July 2017. The draw of the winners will be conducted 2 weeks after the contest ends.
  9. Ticket purchased after the campaign period is not eligible.
  10. Winners will be notified by phone call using the details provided by the participant at the back of the ticket when they submit their entry.
  11. Prize collection must be done within 30 days from the winning announcement of the contest, after which the prize will be forfeited.
  12. Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable, in part or in full.
  13. Magnum reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of the same value without prior notice.
  14. All prizes will be collected from the Magnum 4D State Offices depending on which state the winner resides in. All travelling expenses and arrangements of transportation expenses of the prizes shall be borne by the winner.
  15. When collecting the prize, all prize winners are required to present their original IC (Malaysians) or Passport (non-Malaysians) for verification purposes, failing which, Magnum reserves the right not to award the prize/s.
  16. Magnum reserves the right to use all winners’ details such as photos, name or any other particulars for the purposes of advertising, press release, trade and promotion or otherwise without further compensation and notification to the winner and without the winner’s authorization.
  17. By participating in this contest, all participants have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this contest. The managements’ decision is final and binding. No correspondences will be entertained.
  18. If you wish to request access to your Personal Data held by Magnum for the above purposes or to withdraw your consent, please send your request in writing to the following address:

    Magnum shall respond within 14 Days upon receipt of your request. Magnum reserves the right to impose a data processing fee for your request.

  19. Magnum shall not be responsible in anyway whatsoever, in respect of technical failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention and electronic or human error in the administration and processing of this contest.
  20. Magnum reserves the right to amend or change any of the terms and conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice to any party.
